The EvilFox.Win service provides digital content (VPN access). This document is prepared with regard to EU requirements (Directive 2011/83/EU, Regulation (EU) 2019/770 on digital content) and US requirements (consumer transparency, FTC).
Delivery is provided exclusively in electronic form. After successful payment, access to configurations is granted automatically: subscription links and connection details are displayed in the account dashboard immediately after the payment is credited. Physical delivery does not apply.
A separate delivery fee is not charged. The price on the tariff page includes provision of digital access (price transparency principle — EU/US consumer law).
Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation by the payment system (usually within a few minutes). If delayed by the provider — within a reasonable time, typically up to 24 hours; contact support.
For EU consumers: when placing an order, you request immediate commencement of the service; this may affect the 14-day right of withdrawal — see the offer and refund policy.
The service is available to users in regions where the website and selected payment methods are available, subject to OFAC/EU sanctions restrictions (see the offer).
Provision of access is recorded automatically in the account dashboard. This is considered fulfillment of the obligation to supply digital content. If problems occur after payment — open a support ticket.
Before payment, the website displays: service name, price, subscription period, main tariff characteristics (limits, protocols). Full terms — in the offer agreement, privacy policy, and operator contacts.
