Guides for 3x-ui, Remnawave, and Amnezia AWG — purchase, dashboard, renewal, and limits
Shops and dashboards are separated on this site — do not mix them up:

Forgot your password — reset it from the login page. A referral link at signup (if any) is applied automatically; the partner program is under Referrals.
In the dashboard open “Top up”. Card or other methods depend on site settings. You can enter a top-up code purchased from a partner.
We do not charge your card automatically without your action. Services are paid only from your site balance. In profile you can enable voluntary auto-renew from balance — this is not a card binding, just a debit from already credited funds when a config expires.
The “Buy config” section — plans for one server or bundles for several 3x-ui nodes. On purchase choose a server and, if needed, inbound / protocol. Paid from balance. The link and QR appear in the dashboard.
For a single config you can transfer the subscription to another server (monthly transfer limit applies). An aggregate subscription link for all active configs is in the “Subscription” block in the dashboard (sub.php with your token).
The Remnawave section — packages with one subscription URL for multiserver access. After purchase an https://… link appears in the dashboard. Works with Hiddify, v2rayNG, Streisand, and other clients that import by URL.
The subscription has a traffic limit (set by the package plan). If needed, buy more volume in “Extra GB” — for the paid period, above the base limit. On renewal, older unlimited panel subscriptions may be switched to a fixed limit — that is expected with the updated system.
The “Buy Amnezia” section — AWG 2.0 or WireGuard, server from the admin list. Configs live in the separate AWG dashboard and are not mixed with 3x-ui or Remnawave.
Install Amnezia VPN, open the config in the AWG dashboard, and import a vpn:// link or key text. Change server via server change in the Amnezia dashboard.
The main dashboard — 3x-ui configs and Remnawave subscriptions: link, expiry, renew, QR. For Remnawave the table shows traffic and devices (if the panel is connected).
The Amnezia dashboard — AWG / WireGuard only. Balance history is under Actions in the dashboard. Traffic stats (if enabled) — statistics.
If the marketplace is enabled, a purchased config may first land in frozen — activate it when you are ready to start the term.
In the dashboard click “Renew” on the config or open the renewal page from the table link. The amount is charged from balance; for Remnawave price and term come from the package, for Amnezia — from the AWG dashboard.
With auto-renew enabled in the profile, the system will try to renew the config from balance before expiry if funds are sufficient.
In the dashboard a Remnawave subscription shows used traffic and limit. Extra GB — Extra GB (for the current paid period).
The device (HWID) limit is controlled by the Remnawave panel. Base slots are set when the subscription is issued; exceeding the limit may restrict access. Buy extra devices in “Devices” if that section is available.
In the dashboard “Subscription” block there are two personal links — they pull all active 3x-ui and Remnawave configs from the main dashboard (not Amnezia). Handy for clients with auto-updating server lists. You can copy a single config link from the table row.
Remnawave: the per-subscription device limit is set in the panel (see the Remnawave block in the dashboard). Do not exceed it — otherwise the subscription may be disabled until you buy slots or remove extra devices.
Service rule: one issued subscription/link is not for mass sharing or simultaneous use on a large number of devices beyond a reasonable limit. Abuse may lead to account blocking.
Refunds — see the refund policy and rules. Permanent bans for violations are not lifted.
Create a ticket in the support section. Include the config ID from the dashboard, connection type (3x-ui / Remnawave / Amnezia), and what you already tried. Before contacting us, check that the app is up to date and the copied link is correct.
