Buy a config, paste the subscription URL into an app, top up data or renew when needed. No extra theory.
They are separate. Configs live in different cabinets on purpose.
Read this first, then open a ticket. Short answers, same as in the cabinet.
Open the apps page. For 3x-ui and Remnawave URLs use Hiddify, v2rayNG, Streisand or Happ. AWG 3.1 needs an AmneziaWG client. Paste the full URL — do not build a key by hand.
3x-ui — one server and protocol (speed: VLESS / Hysteria). Remnawave — one subscription, many countries. Celerity — Hysteria 2 / VLESS in the main cabinet. Amnezia — legacy AWG. Compare on plans.

3x-ui issues an https subscription link, not a raw key. Add it in the app as Subscription. If the card says the URL is pending, refresh in a minute.
AmneziaWG 3.1 typically cuts speed by 50–80%. That is the protocol, not a broken node. Use VLESS or Hysteria for speed. Do not ticket us about AWG being slow.
On the 3x-ui card tap Buy traffic or open GB top-up. Paid from balance; the panel limit updates immediately. The key expiry does not change.
Remnawave extra data lasts for the paid period (calendar month or 30 days). Then buy again. Page: Remnawave GB.
Depends on the product. 3x-ui HWID slots: cabinet and device top-up. Remnawave is separate in the main cabinet. Delete an old device if you hit the cap.
Use Renew on the card, paid from balance. If the panel deleted the client, renewal may fail — buy a new config.
Balance page: cards, crypto and other enabled methods. Plans, GB and devices always charge the cabinet balance.
Trust the site cabinet date. 3x-ui may show its own counter. If the cabinet date is right but the key dies early, ticket with the config number.
VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria / HY2, WireGuard, AWG 3.1, TUIC v5, MTProto. Depends on the server. No AWG 2.0 or NaiveProxy in this cabinet.
Activation page. One-time use. Do not share it. If it fails, open a ticket — do not register a second account.
Switch protocol (VLESS Reality or Hysteria), refresh the subscription, check expiry. AWG slowness — see the AWG 3.1 question. Empty URL — refresh the cabinet.

Yes. Top-up raises the cap. For 3x-ui extra GB lasts until the subscription ends, not until the 1st of the month.
No packages in admin, top-up disabled, the config expired, or the URL is still pending. You need a working subscription URL first.

A promo or gift code is used once per account.
A code is not a card top-up. If it grants a plan, the config is issued immediately.
If it fails, ticket the error text. Do not create a second account.

In the app look for “Add from clipboard” / “Subscription”. Paste the full https URL.
AWG 3.1 needs an AmneziaWG client. Plain WireGuard will not parse it.
One account per person. Twin accounts may lose purchasing. Reset the password from email instead of making a second profile.

This is not legacy Amnezia. AWG 3.1 is just one 3x-ui protocol. Guest vpn:// keys are not listed here.
Renew, extra GB and device slots are on the same card. You do not need the panel itself.
The plan sets the base cap. Top-up adds gigabytes on top.
The card shows the current cap and extra GB already bought. The button opens packages (or custom GB if the plan has a per-GB price).
After payment the cap is written to the 3x-ui panel. Expiry does not move. Extra GB lasts until the key ends, not until the 1st.
Remnawave uses a period model. Do not mix the two “Buy GB” buttons.
One subscription, many locations. Config in the main cabinet.
Extra GB and devices are sold separately for the paid period.
Buy on the Celerity shop. The config appears in the main cabinet, not in 3x-ui.
Protocols: Hysteria 2 and VLESS. Term is managed like other main-cabinet subs.
Guest cabinet and vpn:// keys are a different product. New AWG 3.1 lives in the 3x-ui cabinet.
If you only use 3x-ui, you can ignore this section.
If “there is no config”, you are probably in the other cabinet. Check the top menu.
You renew the same config: same URL, same server. Paid from balance.
Auto-renew from balance can be enabled in the cabinet if offered. No funds — it simply does not run.
Base traffic comes from the bundle. Extra GB is for a period, then pay again.
Devices (HWID) are counted by the panel. Delete extras in the cabinet.
It is an https link. Do not split it into keys. If the app asks for a subscription, paste it as-is.

Delete the old phone if you bought a new one and hit the cap.
