Refund and Payment Cancellation Terms

Refund procedure for digital VPN services provided by EvilFox.Win. This document takes into account mandatory EU rules (Directive 2011/83/EU, Regulation (EU) 2019/770) and US rules (state consumer rights, FTC). The reference framework is EU/US law, not authoritarian jurisdictions.

1. Digital nature of the service

The service is digital content, not supplied on a tangible medium, provided remotely and, as a rule, instantly after payment (see delivery).

2. Right of withdrawal — EU consumers (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Exception for digital content: if at purchase you explicitly requested immediate commencement of the service and received access (configuration in your account), the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent of the service already provided (Art. 16(m) of the Directive). Details — in the offer, Section 7.

Before use begins (access not activated/connected), a refund may be considered upon request to support within a reasonable time.

3. US consumers

For residents of the United States, refunds for digital services with instant delivery are, as a rule, not provided after actual use, unless otherwise required by mandatory law of your state or by this policy (erroneous charge, duplicate payment).

Personal data matters — per the privacy policy (CCPA/CPRA for California residents).

4. Refund before use

A refund request for unused access may be considered via support or contacts. Refund is not guaranteed automatically and depends on the technical capability of the payment provider.

A refund may be denied for violations of site rules, VPN rules, or for causing significant harm to the service (see the offer).

5. Erroneous payment and chargeback

In case of an erroneous transfer or duplicate charge, contact support with the transaction number, amount, and payment method. Upon confirmation of the error, funds are returned per the payment system's procedures.

Do not abuse chargebacks without grounds — this may result in account suspension.

6. Refusal of refund

A refund is, as a rule, not issued if access has already been used (connection via issued credentials), as well as for serious violations of rules or EU/US law. Permanent suspension for violations — see site rules.

7. Government and network-level blocks

VPN restrictions imposed by governments, providers, or telecom operators (including mass blocks in certain countries) are circumstances beyond the service's control and in themselves do not constitute grounds for a refund if the service was technically provided on our side. You independently assess risks in your location (see VPN rules).

8. Unavailability due to service fault

A refund for the subscription period may be considered if server downtime due to service fault exceeded 3 consecutive calendar days, access was not restored by server replacement, and you promptly notified support. Brief outages and scheduled maintenance are not grounds.

For EU consumers, rights for non-conforming digital content under Regulation (EU) 2019/770 are preserved — to the extent applicable.

9. Refund timeframes and method

Request review — up to 14 business days (for GDPR requests — up to 30 days). Upon approval, refund via the same payment method; crediting time — per payment system rules (typically 10–30 business days).

10. Disputes (EU / US)

Disputes — via support. EU consumers: ODR platform. Mandatory rules of your country of residence are preserved (see the offer, Section 16).
