Site Rules
Use of the service means acceptance of these rules. The reference framework for acceptable conduct is the law of the European Union and the United States of America (see also VPN rules and the offer).
1. General provisions
The EvilFox.Win service provides access to VPN and related digital services. By registering, you agree to the rules, privacy policy (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), and offer. Detailed VPN terms — in the VPN usage rules.
2. Registration and account
Registration is required for purchase. Provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for actions taken from your account. The service is not intended for persons under 16 years of age (13 in certain US states without parental consent).
3. Payment and use
Payment — via account balance and payment providers. Configurations are issued in the account dashboard. Transferring access to third parties for commercial purposes without service consent is prohibited.
4. Device limit
One subscription — no more than 10 simultaneous devices, unless the tariff specifies otherwise. For more devices — a separate subscription. Exceeding the limit is a violation; suspension may apply.
5. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the service for activities contrary to EU/US law, including (but not limited to): unauthorized access to systems (CFAA and EU equivalents), malware, DDoS, spam, fraud, CSAM, circumvention of OFAC/EU sanctions, systematic piracy. Full list — in VPN rules.
The service is not obliged to restrict access to resources solely because they are blocked in certain countries with authoritarian network regulation, unless otherwise required by applicable EU/US law.
6. Support and disputes
Questions — via Support or contacts. EU consumers: ODR. Disputes — per the offer, Section 16.
7. Refunds, harm, and suspensions
Refunds — per refund terms and mandatory EU/US law. In case of significant harm to the service, a refund may not be issued. For serious violations, permanent suspension without access restoration is possible.
8. VPN blocks and server downtime
Government or provider VPN blocks are a user risk, not grounds for automatic refund (see refund, Section 7). Refund is possible only for prolonged downtime due to service fault (>3 consecutive days without server replacement) — see refund.php.
9. Changes to rules
The current version is on this page. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email. For EU consumers: changes do not worsen an already paid period without consent.
