VPN Usage Rules

This document supplements the site rules and offer agreement. By using VPN services, you confirm having read the following. The acceptable VPN use policy is formed with reference to the law of the European Union and the United States of America.

1. Purpose of the service

The EvilFox.Win service provides access to encrypted VPN connection for personal, lawful use: privacy protection, data security on public and home networks. The service is not intended for violation of law and does not guarantee access to any specific resources when operator policies or network restrictions change.

2. Tariffs and traffic: conditional unlimited

If the tariff description states "unlimited" or similar wording regarding traffic, this means conditionally unlimited use within reasonable personal consumption under typical scenarios (web browsing, messengers, streaming video at normal quality, etc.).

Such mode is not an absolute unrestricted volume in technical and legal terms: in practice, physical channel limits, data center policies, and requirements for stable network operation for all clients exist. "Unlimited" wording should not be understood as a right to constant maximum load 24/7 without restrictions.

3. Fair use and capacity distribution

VPN infrastructure is designed for shared use by many users. To ensure stable speed and availability for most clients, the service follows the fair distribution of resources (fair use) principle: excessive, atypical, or monopolizing load on channels and nodes is not permitted.

4. Measures for traffic or load abuse

Upon detection of abuse of traffic or resources (including but not limited to: constant extreme load, use incompatible with personal tariff nature, actions creating risk to network stability or violating service rules), administration may at its discretion:

The purpose of such measures is to ensure fair conditions for all users and maintain infrastructure operability. The decision is communicated to the user via support (tickets) or other channels indicated on the website, with reason stated where possible.

5. Applicable law and service legal framework

The EvilFox.Win service, in determining permissible and impermissible VPN use and in taking account measures, relies on requirements and generally recognized standards of European Union law (including GDPR, e-commerce and electronic communications directives, Digital Services Act — where applicable) and United States of America law (including computer fraud and abuse, consumer protection, copyright, export control, and sanctions norms — where applicable).

Legislation and practice of countries with authoritarian, censorial, or otherwise unfree internet regulation — including the Russian Federation and Ukraineare not a reference framework for these rules. Restrictions, prohibitions, and requirements of such jurisdictions do not by themselves create an obligation for the service to block, restrict, or otherwise prevent VPN use if such use does not contradict applicable EU/US law and this document.

This does not mean unconditional impunity for the user in any country: you independently assess risks in your location. The service does not advise on laws of specific countries and does not guarantee that VPN use will be lawful or safe in all jurisdictions.

6. Lawful use and prohibited actions

VPN is intended for lawful personal use: privacy protection, traffic encryption on untrusted networks, access to lawful services. The service does not monitor your traffic content in real time and is not responsible for your actions, but may restrict or terminate access upon violation of these rules.

Prohibited use of VPN for activities contrary to EU and/or US law, including:

Ordinary personal content consumption, website browsing, use of messengers and other lawful services is permitted if it does not violate third-party rights and applicable EU/US law. The service is not obliged to restrict access to resources solely because they are blocked or restricted in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, or other countries with authoritarian network regulation, absent other violation of these rules.

7. Sanctions, export control, and restricted persons

Services are not provided to persons and organizations subject to mandatory US sanctions (including OFAC lists), EU, or other jurisdictions whose restrictions the service must comply with by law. The user confirms not falling into such categories and not using the service in the interests of sanctioned persons. The service may terminate access upon detection of sanctions or export restriction violations under EU/US law.

8. Credentials and access transfer

Configurations and keys are intended for personal use by the account owner, unless the tariff expressly provides otherwise. Transfer of access to third parties for commercial purposes, mass resale, or public distribution without service consent is not permitted. Violation may result in suspension and restrictions.

9. Device limit per subscription

One subscription (one link or multi-server configuration issued under the tariff) permits use on no more than 10 devices simultaneously, unless the website specifies otherwise for a particular tariff. For more devices, an additional subscription (separate purchase) is required.

Connecting more than 10 devices to one subscription or attempts to exceed the established limit violate site rules and this document; the service may apply measures up to account suspension. Refund and permanent sanction terms — in site rules and on the refund page.

10. Stability and technical limitations

VPN depends on operation of provider networks, data centers, and third-party services. Brief outages, IP changes, and maintenance are possible. The service strives to ensure availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. During force majeure or scheduled work, restrictions may apply with or without notice depending on urgency.

11. Government authority requests

The service does not conduct targeted monitoring of user traffic content. Upon receipt of valid and mandatory requests from competent authorities within procedures provided by EU, US, or other jurisdiction law binding on the service, we may provide data in our possession (e.g., account and payment information) to the extent required by law. Details on processed data — in the privacy policy.

Requests and demands from authorities of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and other authoritarian jurisdictions that lack mandatory force under EU/US law and are not supported by internationally recognized procedure are not grounds for arbitrary data disclosure or user suspension, unless otherwise expressly required by applicable law.

12. Document changes

The current version is published on this page. Continued VPN use after rules update means acceptance to the extent not contradicting the concluded agreement and applicable law.
