सेवा का उपयोग इन नियमों की स्वीकृति है। acceptable conduct के लिए reference framework European Union और United States of America का कानून है (VPN नियम और ऑफ़र भी देखें)।

1. सामान्य प्रावधान

EvilFox.Win सेवा VPN और संबंधित digital services तक access प्रदान करती है। register करके, आप rules, privacy policy (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), और offer से सहमत होते हैं। detailed VPN terms — VPN usage rules में।

2. Registration और account

purchase के लिए registration आवश्यक। valid email दें और password secure रखें। आप अपने account से की गई actions के लिए responsible हैं। service 16 वर्ष से कम (certain US states में parental consent के बिना 13) के लिए intended नहीं।

3. Payment और use

Payment — account balance और payment providers के माध्यम से। configurations account dashboard में issued। service consent के बिना commercial purposes के लिए third parties को access transfer prohibited।

4. Device limit

One subscription — 10 simultaneous devices से अधिक नहीं, जब तक tariff otherwise न specify करे। more devices — separate subscription। limit exceed violation; suspension apply हो सकता है।

5. Prohibited use

6. Support और disputes

7. Refunds, harm, suspensions

Refunds — refund terms और mandatory EU/US law के अनुसार। service को significant harm की स्थिति में refund issue नहीं हो सकता। serious violations के लिए access restoration के बिना permanent suspension possible।

8. VPN blocks और server downtime

Government या provider VPN blocks user risk हैं, automatic refund ground नहीं (refund, section 7)। refund केवल prolonged downtime service fault (>3 consecutive days without server replacement) — refund.php।

9. Rules changes

Current version इस page पर। material changes website या email से communicated हो सकती हैं। EU consumers: changes consent के बिना already paid period worsen नहीं करतीं।
